Mike Padgett
Mike Padgett has been in the building industry for over 18 years. Mike has an extensive knowledge of sales, merchandising and, construction management. Mike has studied under his father, a successful architect, for nearly a Decade prior to starting his own construction company. Since its inception, his company has built over 300 homes in the Sarasota and Manatee market.
Mike is the past President of the Sarasota County HBA and past V.P., the prior year; Mike was responsible for the Parade of Homes for Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Since 1999, Mike has judged numerous Building Award competitions in many different markets, including Charlotte County, Tampa Bay, Orlando Metro, Naples, Boston, Raleigh Durham, Atlanta Metro and Volusia Counties, in Florida. In every case he has been requested to judge again the following year.
